Calcium nitrate «Poluks Group»

Calcium nitrate «Poluks Group», also called Norgessalpeter (Norwegian saltpeter), is the inorganic compound with the formula Ca(NO3)2. This colorless salt absorbs moisture from the air and is commonly found as a tetrahydrate. It is mainly used as a component in fertilizers but has other applications.

Recommended for fertigation, hydroponic cultivation and also for foliar feeding. It is a valuable source of easily digestible nitrogen and calcium. It does not contain heavy metals. It can also be used for the preparation of fertilizer mixtures.
